[Solution Example] Reproducing Incense Paper Tubes with Paper Packaging

Anyone can easily assemble boxes! We will introduce examples that have achieved cost reduction and improved work efficiency.

We received a request regarding the packaging of a new incense product, aimed at improving the workability of existing products and solving material cost issues. The customer's request was for a distinctive shape (such as a cylindrical shape like a paper tube or a polygon) that would match the existing paulownia boxes and blister packs. In response, our company created a sack box that replicates the rounded form of a paper tube to carry on the brand image of the incense. By reducing the combined parts of the paper tube and packaging label into a single part of the sack box, we achieved a reduction in material costs.
